Firstly let me welcome you to 124 (Hereford City) Squadron’s web site where you will be able to view this squadron’s ongoing achievements and current activities.
The Air Cadet organisation provides all young adults from the ages of 13 to 18 with an opportunity to develop a wide variety of skills and the ability to take part in activities that most young people can only dream about.
124 (Hereford City) Squadron will help provide the skills and opportunities allowing you to achieve any of your goals in life. These skills you will learn to develop as a cadet within the corps include teamwork, leadership, discipline, communication and self-confidence.
As an ex-cadet myself, the experiences and skills gained through the Air Cadets has not only helped me to become the person I am today, but formed friendships and experiences that will last a lifetime.

News
The squadron is looking to run a "Youth First Aid" course once interest among cadets is high enough. Let the staff know if you are interested in gaining a First Aid Qualification.
Duke of Edinburgh is underway once again on the squadron with many of the cadets participating in physical recreation and working towards their skills section.
Later in the summer these cadets will participate in an expedition to finish off their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Awards.
