James joined the ATC in 1996 at 2488 Kingswinford Squadron where he reached the rank of Flt Sgt.
In 2004 he became a Civilian Instructor responsible for first class cadet training. In 2008 he was commissioned into the RAFVR(T) branch of the RAF and took the post of Adjutant at 1017 Malvern Squadron.
On 20th September 2010 he became Officer Commanding of 124 Hereford City Squadron.

Stuart has been at the squadron for 10 years after joining as a cadet at the age of 15. He progressed throught the cadet ranks to Flight Sergeant and attended several annual camps and played football for the wing.
Stuart works in a production management field for a local company, and continues to play football for a local team.
On the squadron Stuart is the Adjutant, and is qualified as a Weapons Coach and First Aid at Work.

Sergeant N Croxford

Sgt Croxford joined the ATC aged 14 at 347 (Dudley) Sqn. She attended 3 annual camps, completed all 3 Duke of Edinburgh Awards and represented the Wing at numerous sports. In 2008 Nicki returned to the ATC as a Civilian Instructor, before becoming a Sergeant in November 2009.
Nicki works for an insurance brokers in Malvern and in her spare time is studying towards a degree in Mathematics.
On the squadron Nicki is responsible for drill, dress and discipline. She is a shootong coach and First aid at Work qualified.
Civilian Instructor M Calderwood - Training Officer

Martin has been at the squadron for 9 years and reached the rank of Cadet Warrant Officer before joining the staff team as a Civilian Instructor.
For a living Martin is an electrician.
On the squadron Martin is currently the Training Officer as well as holding qualifications in Weapons Instructor (WI) Weapons Coach and First Aid at Work.
